  Rental process was excellent and friendly staff! Needs improvement...vehicle was empty of gasoline. Mandatory immediate stop for fuel which if we were pressed for time would have been unacceptable. Also, it's easy to pick up a vehicle full and return full. When vehicle is empty, you return the vehicle with more gasoline in it than when it was picked up. At today's prices, we returned the vehicle with probably a surplus of $50 worth of gasoline. That whole thing left a bad impression for me for Enterprise. I'll likely not consider renting again from Enterprise. Seems like a bad practice for your business model.

  Vince and his team is spectacular! Top tier customer service. Vehicle was clean and ready on time. I even left a valuable bag behind and he called me and held it at the shop overnight for me to pick up next day. Thank you guys!!

  I made a reservation for Pacific car and they told me they have it. I made the reservation and two hours later an agent from the store call me and they say we don’t have the car you’re looking for. just waste of my time never rent again from enterprise.

  I got there they didn’t have my vehicle then they wanted to rent me a dirty car then when I said I will talk to their manager they said they wanted rent me a car and refused to provide service

  It took over an hour for them to bring me a large Ford vehicle which is required when you get a rental from Ford. And then to make things worse, their "large" vehicle turned out to be a Bronco Sport. Which is actually a glorified Ford Escape. Then they gave me a vehicle with a tire that had a slow leak. So I had to keep grabbing my compressor and filling it up. Very disappointing.
