  Had a great experience here. My car was being repaired next door at Camelback Collision Center, and Enterprise is directly next door. I was helped out by Brett, and had my car within 15 minutes. They worked directly with my insurance company. I highly recommend this location.

  I've been renting from the Enterprise location on Camelback Road and 27th Avenue for more than five years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've tried other locations, but the customer service here is by far the best. The vehicles are always clean, reliable, and ready when I need them. Every employee I've worked with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Last year, I was involved in an accident with one of my rental vehicles. I was nervous about returning it because I thought I'd face a lot of extra charges or even be told I couldn't rent from Enterprise again. Instead, the staff treated me with kindness and respect. They explained everything clearly, helped keep my out-of-pocket costs much lower than I expected, and even made the process of getting into another rental vehicle as smooth as possible. That experience showed me how much they truly care about their customers. I'm still renting from this location today, and I'll continue to do so. If you're looking for great customer service and dependable vehicles, I highly recommend the Enterprise on Camelback Road and 27th Avenue.

  My first time ever renting EVER was here i rented in May 2026 . was a little skeptical because i didn't know much but i have now rented multiple times from here and had gotten great customer service by Matt, Mac & Brett all nice gentleman. I wish they would open Sundays to return a rental that day. But other then that i 100% recommend this place

  I want to start off with I don't even drive. I take a bus. There was a really bad accident so my bus had a detour. I figured, oh I could walk to 27th from 35. Boy, was I wrong, I felt like I was going to pass out it was extremely hot. Luckily, I saw the enterprise and was able to walk in. There was no one in there when I first walked in. And within a few seconds, connor had greeted me and ask if he could help me. I simply told him I'm getting an Uber. Would it be okay if I'm able to wait in here. I it felt like I'm about to pass out. I didn't realize then, but it was 120 degrees. He was so kind, offered me a cold water. And allowed me to wait for my uber. I truly appreciate that. Thank you, Connor for your kindness.
