My car was totaled in an accident, and insurance arranged a rental at this location. My coverage was for a premium large SUV, but they didn't have one in stock, so I had to choose between a minivan and a compact economy car. I chose the minivan, and they said they would call me when a better rental became available. They never called, and a week later, I went in to exchange the minivan because the A/C didn't work well in the hot Arizona weather. All they had was a small SUV with scratches, paint chips, and dings or dents on nearly every door. They again said they would call when a better vehicle became available, but never did. I finally got a new car and returned the rental after almost a month with no calls offering a more suitable vehicle. Now, they are submitting a claim to my insurance for a dent that was probably present when I picked up the vehicle. I was naive to trust that they documented all preexisting damage with photos, and I should have taken my own because the photos they took are not close-ups; they are full-vehicle shots, but Anna R. said to me, “I think that even though the photo is not close up, I think it would have shown up.” Mind you, the photos were taken in front of the vehicle, approximately 15+ feet from the location of the small door dent toward the back of the car. I no longer trust this branch. They charged my insurance a premium daily rate for a rental that fell short of my coverage. Then, when I returned the rental that had many preexisting scratches, dings, and door dents from previous renters, they saw an opportunity to profit more from my insurance company. Avoid this branch.
