  It was a good experience, Jalen the branch manager was friendly and pleasant to work with he made sure we got a vehicle that had plenty of room for our family vacation

  I can’t say enough good things about Jalen, the manager at Enterprise. From start to finish, he made the entire rental process absolutely seamless. He was professional, courteous, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Jalen was there for both the pickup and drop-off, and everything was handled quickly and effortlessly. I’ve rented cars from many places over the years, and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had. His customer service was outstanding, and he made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy peasy. Because of Jalen, I won’t be renting from any other location in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 stars!!

  Terrible experience with the employee there, Jalen Goss, we had a reservation for a standard Jetta and when we arrived to pick up, he stated that all standard Jetta were sent in for recall and he wanted to up charge for an upgrade that I didn't request. Then instead of offering to see if there were another Enterprise that may have a standard car, he told us to call around. The whole experience was terrible, the good news is there are many other Enterprise rentals and I will be sure not to return to this particular one for sure, they definitely need better customer service training.
