  "I had a fantastic experience renting from Enterprise at 2929 N 75th Ave Ste 11 on 6/30/26 The staff at the counter eagan and Shawn were incredibly friendly/efficient/professional, and they got me on the road in just a few minutes. Edit ; Thanks for taking me back home eagan, you the man!

  Bad customer service! Eagan Keever assisting manager of the branch was very rude! And not trying to help! Seem like he really didn’t want to do his job I booked the rental for a month went in to pay the remaining balance and get into my new rental and he gave me the run around. Then proceededs to say he really didn’t want to give me the rental. And since I checked him about his attitude for no reason he proceeded to say he wasn’t going to rent to me at all because I brought the vehicle in 3 days later! That I paid for when I got there! I felt discriminated as he already had the intention to not rent me another vehicle before I even came in. It was a waist of time! On top of me having small children! He didn’t show no remorse! Or even try to help! This has been the first bad experience I’ve had and I book rentals all the time. And I will be in contact with corporate

  I was very pleased with my experience at this particular location. The branch manager Eagan keever-Hill went above and beyond my expectations... This rental was very important to my family and I. I will definitely come back to this location and we'll also refer to anyone looking too rent a car with Enterprise.

  Rashawn is the reason for this good review. I reserved two rentals back in April when I found out my family would be traveling to MS( May 21-June 1). In early May I received a call from Rashawn to verify the rental. Fast forward to a few days before the scheduled pick up I spoke to Branch Manager Elgin to confirm the rental of a Chevy Equinox( the size was critical). I called back the day before to get a better understanding about DW,etc, during the call I told Manager Elgin that I would be late for the 12pm pick up. He assured me that it was fine and the Equinox would be ready( went ahead and did the check in process online). When we arrived at 430pm, the Equinox had been rented out. Rashawn scrambled to find other options. My husband and I finally settled on the Chevy Trax( a much smaller suv). This was the second time using this location, both times Rashawn was the agent to help us. Rashawn is the reason this bad experience turned out good.
