  I rent through this Enterprise for work and the staff is ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS helpful and accommodating! When I have to go out of town for business, I ask for a specific kind of vehicle to ensure safety and Kenzie and Andrew always do their best to get me out and back safely. I absolutely love the staff here and the overall customer service both of them give me. 10/10 recommend!

  I showed up on time to pick up my car and there was a short wait time because there was only one person working and they were busy. This guy handled everyone with professionalism and respect. He was quick but very efficient and gave each customer the attention they needed. My car was very nice and clean. It ran smoothly with zero issues. The return was smooth and easy. The same guy I rented from was also there for the return, getting people in and out smoothly. It was a calm, quiet and peaceful environment eventhough, once again, it was busy and he was working alone... Customer service 20 out of 10 HIS NAME IS ANDREW and I hope this guy gets promoted and given a HUGE raise. Because of him alone, The South Phoenix location on Central is going to be my new rental location. Thank you again Andrew for such a great experience!!

  Andrew was amazing! He has great skills and really listens to what the customer wants! Definitely a happy satisfied customer here! Will be coming back in the near future for sure😁
