- GBGregory BellOct 8, 20265.0This car rental company is the best. The manager, Jack, was so kind and helped us secure a car even though I mistakenly reserved it for the wrong month - and he honored the rate from the wrong and cheaper month. Also, as I was paying for the rental for my son, he gave me a second driver authority for free. What a great combination of deals from Enterprise. This is why I keep coming back!
- AEAbdul EhtaibaSep 28, 20265.0Jack is overall a wonderful human being, he was accommodating, easy going, kind and even when we had a little road accident he was very understanding and got us into a new car immediately while keeping a smile. They also gave me a ride to the airport! There aren’t many Jacks in this world, if I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for the excellent customer service, I will be back to rent from this very location again.
