  I went to get a car wash really late at night and I meant john . John was really welcoming and helpful getting my car washed. I honestly really appreciate it for his customer service. Give my man a raise

  Honestly, signing up for the membership at Dash Car Wash was such a good call. John the site manager noticed I come here all the time now and it's always super quick. The wash itself does an awesome job, and my car looks great every single time. Plus, the vacuums actually have good suction. Definitely recommend them if you want to keep your ride clean without a hassle! Thank you again John for the option to get the membership anyways since I come often enough already.

  There was a glitch inside the tunnel and my car was pushed into the car in front of me multiple times - the manager onsite was not helpful would not give us a corporate number refused to watch the video would not let us watch the video and wouldn’t not assist with an I credentials report in a timely manor. I cannot get anyone in corporate to return my emails or calls. I would recommend avoiding this particular car wash.

  Im not goin for a 3st wash I live outside of town, and I came over for second time in this week. The first time wash ok but this day I get 2 washes in a roll cus I never get the service witch a pay for… I guess it was on purpose, cus I check others cars and I saw different thing may they think I will get the wash and I will live right away. No tire shine But the guys on charge making excuses to refuse the service. I pay for single wash.

  OVER 10 MONTH and they still haven't fixed their tire shine machine, it's been brought to their attention multiple times be different costumers and they don't do anything about it. If you fo bring it uo they'll lie about it and say it's their first time hearing of it. If you pay for the service just know you're not getting your money worth at this location.
