  I’m sad to say I had a poor experience here. I bought the $16 wash this morning, when entering the car wash tunnel they do not spray for bug removal and the attendant didn’t offer me air freshener/wipes. I noticed my car was still really dirty - there bugs all over the front of my car (from a recent road trip). I decided to ask if I could drive back through - which I have NEVER done because I really don’t like complaining to service people. When I drove up the attendant said “yes??” And I said “hey is it okay if I drive back through? My car is still really dirty..” he walked away while I was talking and came back with a badge to scan me through and said “we don’t normally do this but you can drive though, that’s all I can do”. I guess I really annoyed him? Overall the customer service wasn’t great. If they sprayed the cars down first this probably wouldn’t be an issue.

  Howard saved the day. He turned a bad experience into a great one!!! I wash my car once a year. My daughter took it for a wash because we like this car wash. After paying for the car wash, the attendants would NOT give her an air freshener "because she was not a member", mind you they have like 2000 of these air fresheners next to them sitting on a table. Today I stopped by to ask if I could have an air freshener. Howard met me with a smile and gave me an air freshener not a problem. Because of Howard, I will be coming back to this place to wash my car. Thank you Howard!
