  I came in to get new brakes and rotors and they were able to get me in without an appointment, was fast and efficient. Esteban was so nice and helpful! I even asked if they could put new hubcaps on I had laying around in my trunk and he said no problem which was so nice because they didn’t have to do that. This place is next to my house so I will be coming back to this location from now on.

  Esteban is an amazing mechanic. He worked on my car and did an excellent job. I really appreciate his service, and he definitely makes me want to come back to Brake Plus again. Thank you, Esteban, for the great work!

  20 out of 10 stars for CURTIS at the Happy Valley store!! He saved me today before I had to head up the mountain, back to Prescott! An easy fix for him....but helped me avoid a potentially dangerous issue for me....a very sincere & heartfelt thank you!

  The manger here, Mr Hernandez was awesome. Very kind and professional and kept me up on everythin that was goin on for my alignment on my f350. For havin a big truck and the time it takes for his main guy that does diesels. Wasn't to bad, he was very thorough. Pricing wasn't bad either for this large truck, bein first time here and gettin the 30$ off. Only had to pay 157$. Not bad for a big truck. These guys seem to do good quality work from what I've seen so far and that's here at Brakes Plus on 1840 W Happy Valley Rd Phx, AZ
