  I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. The representative was still in training but did a fantastic job. This store has a great energy. You can tell the team enjoys what they do. I was in and out in about 20 mins for my full alignment. Thanks guys!

  It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust, but this specific Brakes Plus is the absolute best. A huge shoutout to Andre and Esteban, who are both phenomenal. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and make the whole experience stress-free. Great work and even better customer service!

  I have not had good luck with corporate owned auto shops. However, Alan and Brakes Plus went above and beyond! I got a notification on my dash that my tire pressure was low. After stopping at three different gas stations to try to find an air fill station that actually functioned, I was dismayed to see that my tire pressure had not increased. I rolled into brakes plus and Alan immediately helped me out and did not even charge me. It turned out my tire pressure was way lower than my dash was even reading. It was a serious safety hazard. Alan and Brakes Plus made sure I was safe and got me back on the road almost immediately. Thanks guys!

It is incredibly rare to find that level of transparency and integrity in auto repair. The communication was clear, the customer service was fantastic, and I left feeling valued instead of ripped off. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles back to this location!"

  Our family consistently uses the Happy Valley Brakes Plus location, and today reminded me why. Being a woman can sometimes feel like an immediate disadvantage when taking a car to a shop, but Esteban and his team never made me feel that way at all. I had researched the very old used car I recently purchased, knew which items I was most concerned about, and was expecting certain maintenance recommendations. They confirmed exactly what I anticipated as near-term items to prioritize, without talking down to me, pushing unnecessary repairs, or trying to charge ridiculous amounts for work that didn’t need to be done right now. They were straightforward, honest, and clear about the condition of the vehicle and what could reasonably wait versus what should eventually be addressed. Esteban even commented on how nice the car drives, which honestly meant a lot after the stress of buying an older vehicle. Really appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and kindness from everyone there.
