  I can’t believe how blessed I am. I came in here, needing some work done steering wheel shaking rootors worn down and am in need of new brakes, I was stressed. Then I was blessed to meet Hector Reyes. He understood my situation and worked with me on the cost. The place was clean, and cool I thought my day had turned for worse and they put it right. Amazing Management courtesy and kindness I’ll definitely be back here. With all my vehicles. Thanks again Hector Reyes I had to finish this review on the actual work done. This car is driving and handling just as good as it did when I drove it off a lot and I bought it for my wife. Thanks again.

  Yesterday I was unable to miss a piece of furniture in the street. My car had a vibration. Jay was able to get me in right away. I left the car and went to Walmart for two items. They were done with my car when I returned. I was afraid I damaged something. Something was hanging from under my car. Turned out it was just plastic. I also asked to check a light and they replaced the bulb for free. They really could have taken advantage of me. THANKS JAY! I will definitely return when I need service.

  As a student, I always worry about taking my car to a mechanic because it feels like so many places try to upsell you or convince you that you need expensive repairs. I originally took my car somewhere else, and they gave me a long list of things they claimed were wrong. It didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get a second opinion at Brake Plus. I’m so glad I did. Marc and Jay took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and were completely honest with me. They explained that there wasn’t anything major wrong with it and didn’t try to sell me repairs I didn’t need. Even more impressive, they didn’t charge me anything for checking it out. Finding mechanics you can genuinely trust is hard, especially when you’re a student trying to save money. Marc and Jay treated me with respect, were transparent, and gave me peace of mind instead of taking advantage of the situation. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out, and because of that, they’ve earned my trust. I’ll definitely be coming back to Brake Plus for any future car maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

  I had a weird situation where my car was missing apart when I took it in to get an alignment when they got My carup on the rack, Jay had me come out and look at it and made me aware of the situation allowed me to keep my car there for over a week while getting the parts and figuring out what the issue was after having somebody come out and help me fix it. He proceeded to give me a very generous discount I’m very grateful, especially in a time where I’ve put so much money into my car that they were willing to help me out without me having to get a tow If I could choose to, I would go to this location every time, hands-down I really appreciate you, Jay and to all the staff
