  I brought my 2021 Volkswagen Jetta to Brakes Plus on April 4, 2025, for a four-wheel alignment. According to my invoice, a steering and suspension inspection was also performed. At the time, my left front tire already showed noticeable inner-edge wear. I trusted the inspection and paid for the alignment, expecting professional advice if there were any underlying suspension or steering issues causing the abnormal wear. However, I was never informed of any problems or recommended repairs. As of September 1, 2026, the same left front tire has experienced severe inner-edge wear again, while the right front tire shows normal and even wear. This strongly suggests there was an underlying issue beyond a simple alignment that was either missed or never communicated to me. If a problem was found during the inspection, I should have been told. If no problem was identified, then I have serious concerns about the quality and thoroughness of the inspection. I paid for professional service and guidance, not just an alignment charge. Now I am facing the cost of replacing a tire and paying for additional diagnostics to find the actual cause. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this location.

  Jose was super helpful, when I wasn’t able to make it by their available time slots for the day he helped me get assisted right away the next day. They found the issue in under 10min, explained it to me, and had me on my way. I definitely recommend checking out this location!
