  I had a squeaking sound when applying the brakes on my 2009 Toyota Corolla, so I took my car to Brake Plus for an inspection. Armando Medina inspected the brakes and honestly explained that there was no major issue with the braking system. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. In an industry where customers can sometimes be told that repairs are needed when they aren't, it was refreshing to receive genuine and straightforward feedback. Armando took the time to inspect the car and explain the situation without trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. Thank you, Armando, for your excellent service and honesty. I highly recommend him and Brake Plus!

  Seriously cannot recommend these guys enough! My car was badly overheating and I needed to get it looked at immediately and After calling around to like 15 different shops and NOBODY having availability for 2-3 days, I finally called these guys and they were able to get me in, get it diagnosed, and then fixed within like 2 hours. Very friendly service, they explained everything they were doing and didn’t do anything without my permission which I appreciated. They also answered my questions and didn’t make me feel stupid for asking a lot of questions. The price they quoted me was the price I paid which was also great that they were so upfront and honest about that. Yes, they are called Brakes plus but they do so much more and these guys will definitely be who I choose in the future for my mechanical needs! Highly recommend!

  Took the car in without setting up an appointment because it was making a noise that sounded like the brakes might be getting wore out. They took my info and I let me know there was still some pad left and nothing obvious was looking bad so I let them know I would be back at a later time. I appreciate the honesty because these days every dollar counts...kinda tough times nowadays. I've been kinda stressing since hearing the noise but after coming here and having the pros check it out I feel a lot better. They did an inspection, cleaned off the rusty rotors and all in the amount of time it took for me to check out the Goodwill across the street....free. Thanks guys.

  Went to brakes plus to have my power steering pump changed. They also notified me that my rack opinion was leaking again. I okay them to do the repair after getting my truck back noticed, I was still having problems with my steering, and my tires were still wearing unevenly. So I took it to tire shop to have my tires changed. They looked at the suspension and stated the ball joint was bad so they could not even attempt to do an alignment. So thanking to myself, if I just had my wrack opinion replaced prior a couple months ago, how were they able to actually align a vehicle with a bad ball joint? Never to find out, my shocks were never really connected.As both bolts on each shock were stripped out. As of 2 years prior had all my front end suspension replaced by them looking under my hood, found bolts missing for a part of my electrical system. A hose clamp missing off my intake. They declined ever removing it even though it had to be removed to get to the power steering pump. I looked under my hood due to losing my brakes, and that my shocks were no longer connected to my lower arm, which was replaced by them. After letting them know the assistant manager started coming up with excuses. And when I let him know I used to work for a dealership. He got real quiet and stated. He would have the general manager call me back which never received a phone call. I am very unhappy with the professionalism of the management staff. At this location and the mechanics, they cannot verify. Bolts are tightened. I referred my brother there do you have this water pump replaced, they never tightened the bolts on the water pump. And when he brought it up to them, they tried telling him, he was lying until he pulled up a picture of the bolt, not tightened at all.

  Armando was AMAZING! Normally as a woman going into a mechanic shop or any sort turns into a game of chess. The company trying to upsell you on services you don’t need etc etc. But not here! Armando listened to my concerns, showed me a print out of how bad my alignment was and took the time to make sure it was perfect before letting me leave. He went above and beyond to try and diagnose and issue that I didn’t even go in for. I will definitely be back the next time I need work on my car
