- CWChris Weil6 days ago5.0Service at Brakes Plus was excellent! We didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. Jared helped us and the check in process was quick and courteous. They diagnosed the car and did all of the repairs (brakes, plugs, brake line flush) that same day. The experience was great! Would definitely get repairs done there again.
- JBJeff BetcherSep 26, 20265.0Luis was awesome. Came in for a 4 wheel alignment and turns out it did t need to be done. It was perfect. No charge. Sincerely appreciate Luis’ honesty and integrity. Will be back for brakes soon.
- BBBrittany BurlenSep 11, 20265.0Luis was so great! We brought my car in yesterday for brake pads, found out there were more issues that needed immediate fixing. They were able to get the part in first thing the next morning. It was all finished very quick, which worked amazing for my schedule! Will definitely be back again.
- RJRaquel JaurigueSep 9, 20265.0I absolutely would recommend brakes plus to everyone! Luis & Jared were awesome !! They were so nice & made me feel comfortable about their service. A previous repair shop recommended my brakes needed to be replaced asap. So I went to brakes plus for a second opinion for a brake inspection, once complete they actually showed me my brakes & advised me they did not need to be worked on. I left feeling great with a peace of mind!
- KOKate O'LearySep 5, 20261.0Should've looked at the reviews before coming. As a woman in her 20s its easy to get ripped off by men who think you dont know anything. I don't know in what world it costs almost $900 just rear brakes and pads. After reading the reviews it's clear I was quoted an insane amount and not even close to what others were. The woman in front of me had mutluple other services including brakes and pads and her total was nowhere near $900. I contacted my mechanic who told me the price was insane. Thank you for the "good luck" by the way. Super professional!
