  Art was very helpjuf and professional when i had a tire issue, he mde sure my tire was installed properly and in a very timely manner. Definatly will service my trailler with his team and recomend to any one that needs there services.

From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish instead of just trying to sell me a trailer. Arturo helped me find the perfect trailer for my new hot shot business—a 14GN 35+5 that met all of my needs. His knowledge, professionalism, and patience made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. What really set Arturo apart was that he went far above and beyond what I expected. After learning about my goals of starting my own business, he introduced me to another customer who already owns a successful hot shot company.   I was looking for a gooseneck online but most dealers were asking more than my budget and we're not people friendly. After looking around I decided to stop by Big Tex in phoenix on 19th ave where add soon as me and my son walked in we were greeted with professionalism by the parts guy and the sales personal. After getting introduced to Arturo the sales rep, I knew i was in the right hands to purchase my first gooseneck to start doing hot shot. Arturo was very polite and professional not to mention knowledgeable. I told him what I was there for and he offer to go take me to the trailer to explain to me the specs. Other places I went to didn't even walk me to the trailers all they asked was how are you paying. Arturo took his time to explain to me the trailer then he asked if i was still interested to start paperwork. We don't see this in this era now these days so it threw me off but this dude was 100% legit,friendly and respectfull. As a US Army vet of 8 years. This guy gave me all.the respect even before mentioning to him I proudly served. We need more men like him who show respect and friendliness and are not faking the funk just to get you to buy something. Hoooahh to Arturo on 19ave and Big Tex!!!
