  Once again this Auto zone has been a blessing !!! I forgot to tight my hub bearing in the mist of doing my rotors/ Cv axel/ stabilizer links and bar bushing . I was driving around next morning and by 1:40pm I started feeling my steering wheel get out of alignment and brakes screeching . I ended up in this auto zone and GERALD I believe was one of the managers there and let me tell you that he knew wdf he was talking about . And mind you I was about 35 mints away from home so I didn’t have the sockets or the tool for the bolts that I had to buy since I already had lost 2 out of my 4 bolts for my hub bearing assembly. I know I was rushing but GErald did me and my family right . I was able to but together the bolt and wow God is really working on this Autozone . They had everything I needed to finish the job . Thank you Guys for all that you have done I’m back on the road and rolling thanks to Auto zone !!! And of course the great customer service . Good job!!!!!

  This auto zone especially Gerald, was a life savor not once but 2x! I’m so grateful for the kindness and understanding I lost 2 of my bolts to my hub bearing and they were knowledge and so patient with me and my abs light came on and man did they do me a due diligence! They allied me to use the tools they had and made sure I was straight. One day at a time and Thank God for yall!

  I was in need of human kindness when I needed help they didn’t hesitate. I did my pulley tensioner on my dodge journey 2019 in there lot and they didn’t give me no problems but solutions to my situation. Not only did they know what there were talking about , they had what I needed and honestly they all showed understanding. This is the place to go if you need help . Congratulations to the team that was there today 6pm. Yall the best !! God bless the squad!!
