Stopped by because I had a dead battery. Wanted to give a shout out to David for great customer service. He spent extra time in the process to installing my new battery and even cleaned all the built up corrosion on the terminals to ensure a proper connection and longer life out of the battery. Thanks again David for taking the time to do it right.

My wife and I visited this location last week and I was greeted by Danny the manager to have our batteries tested. I'm sure he could tell I was slightly frustrated because the other auto zone that I went too prior to this visit told us there were no battery issues. With that being said, we ended up having him test the batteries to make sure, and he figured out that our primary battery (we have a diesel, so we have two) was not only going bad but it also began to leak, causing the issue we were facing that we had been facing for several weeks with weak and sometimes intermittent starting. Danny helped us every step of the way and made sure that we were taken care of under the warranty we had on the batteries and also actually helped us upgrade both to better batteries with a longer warranty which is amazing for a place like AZ given how hard the heat is on them. He got us back up and running within 20 minutes. I couldn't be more thankful for him!
