  Not trying to be overly mean but there a lady that can barely pick up a part. Took almost an hour trying to get to an alternator.

  Victor L Rivera was pretty helpful and he changed my brakes light out for me. Very nice gentleman went extra mile putting it in.

  Very disgusted with both managers behavior. The first one was an incident that happened last week with an older lady bilingual gray shirt I had called for a part and automatically she said that it was a VDP order I asked is there any other store available or you can look for yourself online you’re already on the Internet and I asked her as a manager you can give the option of another store in town. She was very rude and didn’t want to the store on 43rd and cactus ended up having it now yesterday I went in again because unfortunately is the closest one to the house right here, but it would be the last time I ever going to this location again as a ex AutoZone owner, we were taught to always place customer first with a great attitude and Julian. The manager made a very bad comment I went into buy two tools and I have my brother had the $20 credit and I gave him my brother’s number and he looked at me and he said you don’t look like a Jorge you’re probably a Jorga with a serious face, I looked at him and said excuse me you don’t say that and by the way, that’s not me that’s my brother he’s outside. You’re more than welcome to go. Ask him. He continued and laughed, and I asked him to use that credit for that sale I had asked if I can get a charging system check on the vehicle and he just walked away another AutoZone or approached me and asked can I help you with something very polite, young gentleman forgot his name, but as what he told me, he’s not gonna last with you guys because of the manager and how these managers treat their employees and I don’t dealt this young man, but very disappointed with the service that I have gotten at this AutoZone and not only I have these, but my parents like I said live down the street from there unfortunately it’s the closest one, but I’ve talked to my parents. We will not no longer be doing business at this store until managers get switched or replaced. We rather go to a different location or even to O’Reillys.
