    Went in for a battery that supposedly they had in stock and was ready for pickup, only to find out when I arrived they had none left, I really needed the battery and all they could offer me was my money back in my card, which takes days to process and I needed the battery at that moment. I've had far superior experiences at other Autozones, this one let me down fr fr

    The customer service at AutoZone is notoriously bad, but the sheer laziness at this location is impressive. ​I asked the older woman working behind the counter to look up the correct part size for my vehicle. Instead of spending 10 seconds checking the computer system, she refused and told me to just go check "Aisle 3." I knew the part was on Aisle 3 the issue is that it comes in four different sizes, and I needed to confirm which one fits my specific vehicle before buying. ​When I asked for help figuring out the size, she flat out refused to assist. If you don't know how to look up basic parts on a computer, or if doing the literal bare minimum of your job is too much effort, you shouldn't be working behind a parts counter. Save yourself the frustration and go to a store where the staff actually knows how and wants to do their job.

    They upcharge for parts!! I went here not too long ago for a battery and they gave me this grease packet with 2 rings to “prevent corrosion” on my terminals, but never did they tell me it costed extra and they never even asked me if I wanted it, they just threw it in! I was charged four extra dollars for something I didn’t ask for! I would’ve bought it if they told me how much it was, but they’re charging people for things they don’t ask for! Unacceptable!

    Ivan was such a great help he helped me diagnose the problem and he even got down and fixed it for me, he rebuilt the engine and everything for me, I’d definitely recommend coming here, that man is a gift from god!!!

    Don’t go here if you’re white. Just stood in line waiting, and instead of calling up the next person in line they stood there pointing at me and giggling in Spanish. I will never spend another dollar here
