  Frankie made more of an impact on me with his kindness than could possibly be reflected in a review. He showed me unexpected empathy, kindness, and went above and beyond without knowing its meaningful impact. I walked in anticipating the most expensive, worst case scenario and he not only went above and beyond to take care of me, without any knowledge of how meaningful his actions would be he went above and beyond in a way that did more than help me with my car. Frankie has made me loyal to the business for life through his willingness to show kindness and grace even when there is no expectation for it. His kindness was an invaluable experience in my life, and his integrity is invaluable to the business as a whole because he’s the kind of person who makes the company more than a corporation

  Thank you for the moment you helped me. I wasn’t able to cut her name, but this be my testimony. Thank you for helping me find the right part even though everything online said that my car came with a different type of headlight. Thank you for not losing your patience with me and thank you even more for offering to help me without having an ask. I went down to the valley and I didn’t receive the same sort of treatment that they give people here in Payson. No wonder why God put us so close to him in the sky. Such a high elevation. Thank you for being my friends. Thanks for helping provide the pools to allow others to get an education, even when the part often get put back or thrown out. Payson made some beautiful stuff. I would take this store with me to my grave.
