  First and foremost I'd like to express my disappointment with a poor demonstration in customer service by the am store manager Carlos at 26th street & McDowell location.. I purchased a product from this location that clearly had an expired warranty. However, This Mng. Carlos demonstrated a very poor lack in customer service. Offered no alternatives or advice and offered only a lazy & arrogant response to the situation at hand. This Auto Zone Location doesn't care about helping it's customers and I truly believe that Managers like Carlos should set positive and professional customer service skills examples for new hires. "Unsatisfied Auto Zone Customer".

  I visited this AutoZone location to purchase parts and fluids for a full tune-up on my vehicle, including transmission fluid, differential fluid, filters, and spark plugs. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from the night crew was some of the worst I’ve experienced at any auto parts store. When I walked in, several employees appeared more interested in their phones than helping customers. I waited an unreasonable amount of time before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally received assistance and explained that I needed several items for my vehicle, I was greeted with an annoyed “ughhh” instead of professional customer service. What made the experience even worse was that I was repeatedly told the parts I needed were not in stock and was advised to “try Napa” or other competing auto parts stores. Rather than attempting to help locate parts, check nearby stores, or provide alternatives, the employees seemed eager to send a paying customer somewhere else. As a veteran and longtime customer, I expected basic professionalism and respect. Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience for trying to spend money at the store. The lack of customer service, poor attitude, and unwillingness to assist customers reflects badly on the company and management of this location. I will think twice before returning and hope management addresses the behavior of the night crew before more customers decide to take their business elsewhere.

  24 hour location is so necessary since covid there's nothing open late much less 24 hours and when u need a part to drive to work knowing someone's open is relieving. Thanks auto zone

  had a great experience here the service was great very good customer service from Julio, Casey and also Frankie they made the experience feel awesome very helpful and willing to help on providing me with my cars information to locate what I was looking for very kind folks💯
