  This is by far the best location to go to. If I've had an issue getting a part or a battery from another store then I come here so I'm not getting the run around. Each location only get X amount of inventory so if you end up purchasing an already expired and dead battery, for example, then all of their batteries will be the same. A location cannot simply order more. They have to get rid of what they have first for an order to be placed. Not certain if it is automatically done or just a policy that didn't consider low traffic an issue. Either way, this location gets the most traffic and honestly, that is because they are the only ones open til midnight. Which in a major metropolitan city like Phoenix, means its the only one open til midnight on the entire west valley and the outside of the 101 for as far as you can go. To bring my original point/example full circle here, they do higher sales and in turn, reorder products more frequently ensuring that I dont get sold an old battery and have to drive back and forth to get everything sorted out. (Now I simply go straight to this location for bigger ticket products.) And service is really quick actually. I was able to return mine, purchase a headlight, get a fresh battery and be back in my vehicle in less than 2 minutes, I'm not even joking. I even told the guy that it was the least amount of time I've been in AutoZone and how impressive it was that he was that fast. He literally started the return portion while I was still on my second sentence and he did my return and purchase all in one quick transaction. He was happy to help and cheerful to boot! Quality employee. Best location to go to!

  If you need to come to an AutoZone then this location is the one to choose! The customer service I received this evening was phenomenal. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sara, Fernando, and Nathan- they exceeded with amazing customer service skills and we’re so kind to my daughter and I. And then the store was also incredibly clean and well stocked. I will continue to come to this location and will recommend it to everyone.

  This place is horrible the kid up front chubby white kid 5’2 ish with a wired belt buckle pulled the wrong part rang it up and I paid once I opened it to confirm he argued with me and told me he don’t know how to return it. So this dude wanted me to buy the right part and not return and buy it twice instead of fixing his mistake when I told him to get a manager he told me to leave. The commercial people are always great but when I have to deal with the people up front it’s always a issue i get give wrong parts and they try to tell me a mechanic of 15 years why im wrong and the cashier that pulls parts knows more then me.

  Last week, I purchased oil for an oil change. When we were ready to use it, we noticed that the bottle’s seal had already been broken and the oil appeared to have been previously used. I returned to the store and had a very pleasant experience dealing with Angel, who was helpful and professional. Thank you for making the situation easy to resolve! Lesson learned: Always open the cap and check that the seal is intact before leaving the store.
