  "I arrived at 10:20 p.m. expecting them to be open, but they didn’t open until 11 p.m. By 11:20, I was still in line, with a long line ahead. The disorganization and lack of staff made this a frustrating experience. I hope they improve, as this was disappointing for a late-night visit."

  Showed up here tonight around 10:30 waited for 45 minutes the staff were working on their own cars then went into the store and continued to ignore about 10 customers that were there to get parts

  Unreal how the staff treated me and some other patrons trying to get parts at 10pm on a thursday at a store that is open until 12am. The 2 techs had door locked upon arrival, both outside store i get that, they are working on a car. Turns out to be one of the store workers car. Spend 30 mins of our time just piddling with their car, revving it up to redline, and ignoring me and all the other customers. Wouldn't open the door for us to purchase parts for well into an hour waiting time. This is unheard of. Now they are hiding in the back instead of letting customers give them money. This will be my last shopping trip at Autozone, for sure. Don't see how these people keep their jobs.

  I’d of given 2 and 1/2 if I could cause it wasn’t worth it to give 3 stars. We came in and found the nut size we needed, (the two stars) which is great they had inventory stocked up. Only problem was our cashier, he was a middle aged black dude with a heavy attitude, he looked at us with disdain and when we were checking out I said I had a phone number and he said “you don’t even need it, it doesn’t do anything for you” and honestly that was really rude because I like to keep track of all my purchases by entering my phone number and he said their system doesn’t need a phone number but I know that’s untrue because I’ve been going to autozone for years and I’ve always been able to keep track of purchases. I wouldn’t have come here if I knew I was going to be greeted with rudeness, but this was the only autozone store open this late. It really sucks that he was being a jerk, and really brought down my view on who autozone hires. Bad service…

  Sarah was really helpful and knowledgeable on the parts I needed and even recommended braker fluid aswell. She was very nice and cracked a few jokes made the transaction go super smooth and fast !
