  I went to this store and I was treated with respect and ur employee Keith Moore went above and beyond to help me and he even put my battery in for me and he was very respectful and he completely understood that I couldn't put the battery in and he even said that he talked to me about people being from a different generation and he completely understood what I was going through and he showed me care and kindness and I was telling him how there should be more people like him. And I also told him that I went to the other location on 19th ave and I totally forgot about ur location and how they didn't want to help me and they yelled as I was going out the door that the location on 35th and cactus could help me, before I came to your store, I called and ur employee was respectful and said that you guys could help me and I came and I definitely was not disappointed! Thank you so much and please give ur employee Keith Moore a great recommendation cos he went above and beyond to help a older lady who couldn't put her battery in! Thank you so much! U will always get a 5 star from me!

  I went to buy a car part and, if I'm not mistaken, the manager served me. He was rude to me and made faces of disgust; he even rolled his eyes three times, letting out a squeal of disgust. Ugh! After the purchase, he muttered something to me as I turned to leave. I usually shop at another store where the staff is very respectful and friendly, but this store was the complete opposite.

  I want to give 5 stars to the manager Alan who personally helped me replace my engine filter. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and built great rapport with me. However, as a woman shopping alone, I became uncomfortable when two additional employees came out to comment and observe. I felt a bit crowded around my car. I still needed wiper fluid but ended up leaving earlier than intended due to that. Even so most importantly I was able to get home safely on two occasions because of Alan’s help. Thank you!

  I don’t normally take the time out to write a review but due to the great customer service I received the first visit there - I felt to give a great review. Alan demonstrated great customer service. I went to purchase 1 pack of new bulbs for my right turning signal & Alan was generous enough to replace all front and back turning signal bulbs with no hesitation and even offered the service! Wish we had more great customer service like this in the world. Keep setting a great representation & thank you again for your customer service 👏🏾👏🏾. This autozone location will surely be saved in my maps ✨
