- LLlrwiersum2 days ago5.0Pete and a lovely black woman behind the counter could NOT have been more kind and helpful !! I’m a little old lady that lives alone. My battery died. I got a jump and got to the E Camelback location. I ALMOST got the battery out myself but not quite, I needed more tools. Pete came out and we had my battery out, purchased a new one and put it in within 20 minutes !!! I was sailing down the road in no time. I’m a VERY happy customer !!

I was distressed about my battery/alternator and he provided me with help that went above and beyond what I assume is his job description. He offered me mints & water, and even went to his personal vehicle to grab a charger needed for my battery pack. I will forever come back to seek his help with any of my car troubles. As a young woman, I felt safe, understood, and cared for. And I truly cannot thank Nicholas enough for that. 100/10! This man deserves a raise.

I had received a jump at work but went to Autozone to check my battery and was helped by a very professional staff member named Preston C. He was immediately able to help me with my warranty and even exchanged the old battery for the new one. In the process, he helped me find and add a new bolt to stabilize the battery as I hadn’t realized one of them was missing to keep the battery from moving. He was quick, friendly, efficient and professional. Great staff and service!
