  I was just in this autozone today trying to warranty exchange my battery because I was stranded on the side of the road I had the entire charging system replaced on my car prior so my only idea was that the battery was bad the parts sales manager Alexis T couldn't get a test on the handheld battery tester so he said I’ll be right back gonna go to the back and test it I stood their waiting for 15 minutes for him to come back saying the battery is good that it’s just needs charged I tried explaing that I just want to exchange it because my car is currently on the side of the road and I can’t wait an hour for it to charge and for it go bad again down the road I’ve jumped it and left it on a trickle charger before and it automatically turns off my charger detecting a fault in the battery he walks away and calls someone and then comes back extremely rudely I’ll do it just this time but next time if the battery test good we don’t have to warranty it. I tried explaing my situation again stating how this battery was not good and then he cuts me off saying that I’m trespassed to leave the store or he’s gonna call the police I’m now asking for my receipt saying that he did the exchange that states customer copy keep for proof of purchase. And he’s refusing to hand it to me saying to leave the store I’m going to call the police I’m still asking for my receipt and he’s refusing he finally goes to hand it to me and then lays it out to take a picture of it on his phone. At this point I take a picture of his name tag and then he pulls out his phone to record me. I’m in the store with my 3 year old daughter just trying to get me and her home safe the entire situation was unprofessional.
