  Terrible customer service. They were misleading on the phone. When we called at 11:15 PM, we asked if they would install a battery if we bought one from them. They said they would, but when we got there, they told us they couldn't do it after 10 PM.

  Jaime Cordero turned a very bad headache into the best relief possible. Long story short my truck which is a Chevy Silverado needed a special part that no body has. I felt helpless as I’m not very mechanically inclined nor have the knowledge about parts. I went to several Autozone’s and Orielys and no one seemed to care about my situation and only give me the cold shoulder. I was able to get a ride to this autozone to pick up an online order and luckily jaime was there to assist me. After getting my order I asked him if he could help me find this part, I told him I know it’s not available to purchase. If it hasn’t been jaime, anyone else would have told me they couldn’t do anything for me or to go to the dealer. Jaime took the time out of his busy day to cross reference and look at diagrams online on his phone and after looking for 7 minutes he was able to direct me to a place where I could purchase my part, it was a blower resistor with a 3 pin connection exactly what I needed, the part had just arrived today and I was able to get my ac back in order. I am writing this review to acknowledge jaime for his knowledge, anyone one else wouldn’t have done what jaime has done, there are still good people out there that will go above and beyond. If anyone else is having trouble finding parts for these older vehicles I’m certain jaime will not disappoint you, thank you once again!

  The employees are rude, not very knowledgeable of what is available and what they sell. Times have changed, I’m still loyal to AutoZone but this one is the worst that I have encountered.

  Excellent customer service from Raul! He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He quickly assisted me with my issue, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. His confidence, understanding, and willingness to help truly stood out.   Nicolas c. this young man was absolutely 100% amazing had extra knowledge about diesel because he was a diesel mechanic which most people would not have this extra knowledge in their head because they weren’t trained under the field. He went above and beyond it was almost like hanging out with Jesus with the knowledge that he had his demeanor was exactly the same extremely professional he went above and beyond whatever expected to see at AutoZone for sure, especially at the front counter. This guy has the most amazing personality and demeanor if you want. To find someone that’s on point that has the most amazing demeanor and feel like you’re hanging out with Jesus at AutoZone. Definitely come see this young man because his level of professional beyond anything I have the vocabulary to describe!!
