    Jayden H helped me get the right coolant and wipe for my windows. Other staff spoke and were friendly. 5 star! Give him a raise. Even spotted when the tool is was buying was missing a bit.

    Matthew was able to help me change my battery out along with showing me how to change an engine oil filter. He also tested my starter as well. He was very polite, able to answer my questions. Very helpful and informative.

    Matthew was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and went the extra mile for me today. I was having battery issues and he went above and beyond to give me all the information I needed, and was more than happy to do so. I really appreciated his help as I’m not very familiar with cars and I genuinely owe him so much for everything he did for me. I hope the store manager sees this and he gets rewarded properly; as someone who works in retail management, I would absolutely love to have a worker like Matthew. Even when helping me he was juggling a line of customers, as well as greeting and helping others as they walked in. I really can’t stress enough how amazing he was. I will definitely keep coming back to this Autozone :) Thanks Matthew for dealing with my poorly built Beetle haha

    These guys dont know theirnown policies, they turned down my commercial return saying they have to call my home store to verify my account which has never been done in the 20+ years I've been going to autzone. My home store has always been out of state and too late to late them. He said hes been there for 7 years and its always been a policy. I buy and return parts all the time when Customer chage their minds, not once has any store had to all my home store for any reason. Total bs. Went to another store and they did it no issue without even telling them this story first. Infact after I told them what thebother store just down the steet said, they were confused. Smh wont go to this location again.
