- DDDavidApr 29, 20265.0Came in simply for so motor oil. I have to say I was greeted by Matthew. He was super friendly and helpful. Such a good attitude and happy. I will be coming back to this location. All the staff were friendly and talking to other customers.

He rushed me off the phone did not want to help me and hung up on me. I’ll take my business and my money to a different place altogether. I will never shop at another AutoZone ever again thanks John. You’re a real gem. By the way I have brain trauma. I was asking a follow up question besides do you sell dash cams I didn’t need to be directed to your website thank you for your help.

I came in with With a 5 quart gallon of oil that I needed to have exchanged right when I got up to the front desk, the "manager" basically accused me of stealing and asked me if I walked into the store without oil?? I told him to check the cameras and was immediately defensive because no, I did not steal the oil!! Ultimately, he was super rude and accused me of lying, and he was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. Best part of it is I went to an AutoZone, not more than a couple miles on the road and they were extremely helpful at 32nd St., Bell!! That's the place to go not this one... run for the hills. These dudes are whack attack.
