  Paul and Andrew at Auto Zone are top notch. Wow. Amazing customer service is hard to find these days and those two gentleman provided that to me this morning. They kindly addressed my concerns/questions and personally helped me find the items I needed in the store. Management needs to hang on to this duo like a a steel pole in massive windstorm! Thank you again gentleman.

  This review isn’t as much for AutoZone as it is for the landscapers that they hired to clean their parking lot. This morning I just spent $25 washing my truck with the goal afterwards of spending money at AutoZone in order to wipe down the interior and shine the tires. The landscapes proceeded to blow dust and trash and dirt all over my truck following my wash, even though I waited for them to stop and let me drive past once I was in the lot and they proceeded to blow all the debris towards my truck which ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere. The lack of common sense here is astounding. My goal was not to slow them down. I just want to make my vehicle nice. My entire wash now seems like a waste of time and this hour and a half out of my day. I will not get back.

  I didn’t catch the name of the brown haired young man who helped me this afternoon, but he had some cool piercings so hopefully that’s a telltale of who I’m speaking about , apologies! He was really really helpful and informative in a way I could digest and comprehend. I was dealing with some coolant issues and he helped me on the spot showing me how to do things and giving me some advice for the future. Zero issues with the car after . He was also well versed in my specific car and had some stories to tell / experience . Eased a lot of my worries and gave me some ideas on what to keep an eye on to prevent or manage said issue if it ever arises again to keep it safe . I’m super grateful and hopefully he gets a raise cause he was efficient and super professional . A team right there
