  Came in to get my battery checked out. Daniel helped me out. He was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I know NOTHING about cars, I just know they drive. (I’m merely just a girl) 😩 anyways I ended up getting a new battery installed. He helped me find the best deals On the battery warranty and everything else…. If anything else is needed for my car, this will be my first stop because now we’re cousins lol thank you Daniel and thank you to AutoZone.

  Daniel was very Helpful! Took old battery out put new one in, even saw something worth mentioning and indeed noticed the crack in one of my hoses! Did a Great job 👏 highly recommend

  I was sold two bad alternators from here. The first one the manager was telling us it wasn’t a bad alternator and that it was a wiring issue with my car. After 5 minutes of back and forth he finally bench tested it and then proceeded to say it was a bad alternator. We wanted to get a refund because we had only gotten it that week and didn’t want to risk another bad one. He said they don’t do refunds on it and can only do an exchange. So we exchanged it and used the new one. The new one had some issues but every time we would go to autozone and they would test it, it wouldn’t come up as bad. We used it until it left me stranded on the road because it went out and killed my battery. I ended up getting a new battery and drove it to autozone to get it checked. They proceeded to say that alternator was bad. I then asked what I can do about it because I do not want to get another alternator from here since I already had two bad experiences. The employee said I could return it if it is within the 90 days. I then proceeded to ask why did the manager say I couldn’t return it when it was a week within the purchase and now you are saying I can return it within 90 days. The employee then just got quiet and didn’t say anything and I was very mad. I ended up being out of like $500 for that alternator and got one elsewhere. Moral of the story it’s a shame this autozone has such bad management. The employees are nothing but helpful but the manager always has a rudeness to him and tried to blame us for a bad part and didn’t refund us when we asked.
