  Jorian, I believe that’s how his name was spelled on his badge (young man with dreads) , was extremely helpful when running diagnostics on mine and my friend’s vehicles yesterday morning. He was able to give us great information and explained to us what was going on in a way we were able to understand. Top notch customer service.

  I want to send my warmest regards to Rae and Junior You guys are the best After running from one store to a total of two stores Rae and Junior made sure I didn’t have to visit another store. I’ve vowed to find over six miles to frequent this particular store after having several issues with the stores close to my home. I can’t say Thank YOU ENOUGH

  My complaint is calling once for a refund and being on hold for 31:08 I have the screen shot and then calling back only to be placed on hold again. I just wanted to handle an order over the phone. Wait times were insane when calling. I ended up calling 1-800-AUTOZONE and submit the complaint there while also handling the refund. I’ve dealt with high call volume environments for my previous jobs and there is an art to it and many don’t have that “over the phone” skill. But I just wanted to make the GM aware. If customers call, we understand that there is an element where we will be on hold but at some point the team has to be aware that some customers are on hold. If you handle the situations over the phone quickly then customers don’t have to resort to any different methods. But the service was okay when I was there in person.

  Josue was so Professional if Grace Under Fire was a Person it would be Josue the whole staff is Great at this store and this particular Auto Zone is my Preferred/Favorite in the Phoenix area . Yesterday Josue was assisting in the return of products we were having trouble finding the virtual receipt but with patience determination and kindness and humor Josue got the refund taken care of and also upsold a product I'm in the profession of CAR and he is exemplinary with his position and should be PROMOTED TO MANAGEMENT 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯💯💖💯🎯💯
