  Young lady Kayla with yellow hair has terrible customer service and nasty attitude she needs to work on it if she wants to stop being miserable and making others feel her negative energy . The manager seems clueless about her behavior. For that reason try a different auto zone location then you may avoid the slow working self entilted rude employees that will make you feel like you've ruined their life by simply trying to go to Auto zone to buy parts to fix your vehicle , completely miserable young girl and clueless management enjoying the show

  We were there around 4:00-4:30 for a new battery, The guy who helped my brother was very helpful and nice.. While we were waiting my sister was going to get a drink and the lady was very rude because we were paying with cash,.
