  Never walking in here again. Stupid kid screams "welcome in" at me from across the way with his back turned. Why??? How is this good customer service? It's extremely rude and disrespectful. Been with Autozone for years and will never buy from here again. Will be buying online or O Reillys.

  I find the comments for this location to be kind of funny. This Autozone has bad reviews in reference to alignments when they don’t do alignments, they have bad reviews about closing early when they don’t close early, they close temporarily later in the night as they are more than willing to explain if you simply ask and so much more. I’m not going to sit here and say this Autozone is Gods gift to mankind but they’re still pretty solid with nothing major to complain about other than hyper niche situations that sometimes come up. The staff is solid, the store is kept up pretty well and while the prices are a little higher than I’d like them to be, prices everywhere are higher than I’d like them to be. This store just isn’t nearly as bad as some of these reviews state. Keep on rocking guys and gals, you’re doin great

  First i would like to say asst. Manager Joey and his team at this location went over and beyond for me to get me and my vehicle back on the road! I would recommend this autozone location to anyone ! Joey Monique Felicia and Jacob were a tremendous help . There customer service skills are over the top!!! I really hope they are recognized by their upper management for being amazing employees! Thank you guys very much!

  This location somehow was so afraid of my review they protested to Google to have it removed!!!! DO NOT GO HERE, THE MANAGERS HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY AFTER THEIR NEGLIGENCE!! I went here for an alignment before a long road trip. I left thinking everything was ok. I drove over 5,000 miles for work. Things felt weird in the steering and I thought Ill get that checked when I return. When I did return after driv8ng all those miles I pulled into a parking space. When backing out and turning I heard a loud metal Poping/snapping noise. I got out and checked and couldn't see anything. 2 night later I am taking an employee home when I go to turn around, I heard the loud metal popping/snapping noise again. It was so loud my employee thought I blew a tire!! My dash cam caught it all and I saved the video. I went back in to see what had happened. After waiting for a while I saw all the managers huddle and overheard the word "alignment". A few minutes later an employee came and handed me my keys and said, "If I'm being 100% honest with you, which I hate to have to say this, but I don't think someone tightened it all the way back up correctly". And then went on to explain that when we went to loosen the alignment to adjust it, it was ALREADY loose. I also recorded that entire conversation in the lobby of the business where there is zero expectation of privacy. I contacted the manager Mark who basically tried to say that my front tire, which was worn from the outside inward BALD, was usual wear on the tire when the other front tire was perfectly fine on the tread and so were the other 2 tires in back. Why did no managers tell me my alignment was out? Why was the only person with enough integrity to tell me an employee??? Why did the manager attempt to lie and say it's normal wear for only 1 front tire to be bald? And another shop I goto wouldn't even rotate my tires after an oil change due to the damage caused by Discount and made me sign a form even. Do not goto this location as the managers here have ZERO integrity. I am having my lawyer draw up a case now as I am constantly doing my alignment now as it goes out due to whatever damaged was caused by their NEGLIGENCE. I will be spending THOUSANDS to repair the damages caused by their mishandling. All I asked for at first were a new set of tires to replace the ones that had been messed up due to the mistake they made, and replaced the bearing I had to.replace on the tire due to the excess strain put on it from the alignment being out due to them. They told me to go through insurance who put me through loops and sent a reply message as a picture??? At this point I feel a lawsuit will be what settles this, and it will be for ALL the damages to my truck from this as well as my attorneys fees. We could have settled this, you could have been a upstanding business. Instead you chose to hide and try to brush off my review. Which I know my review posted before because I came a few weeks later to see if the business owners had replied (which they had not), and my review was there. I added 2 photos so you can see the tread comparison. And they tried to say "that's normal" before half the tires life expectancy. 🙄
