  Sarah D. Was amazing to work with!! I started my adventure at a competitor business.... 300$ later and no result I meet Sarah and she helps me for under $15 and actually fixed the issue I was chasing. Thank you Sarah, you just made Autozone on cave Creek and bell my go to for any future auto needs!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this AutoZone on Saturday, October 3rd around 8 PM. I called to place/check on an order and the employee who claimed to be a manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hung up on me TWICE. I finally had to physically drive to the store just to deal with something that should have been handled over the phone. When I arrived, her behavior was even more concerning. She appeared extremely off, her speech and demeanor were unusual, and she did not come across as someone who should have been managing a store or dealing with customers at that moment. I’m not going to speculate publicly about the reason for her behavior, but she absolutely did not appear professional, attentive, or fit to be representing management. Being rude is one thing. Hanging up on a paying customer twice and then continuing the same disrespectful attitude in person is another. AutoZone seriously needs to look into who they have running this location during the night shift. I’ve dealt with plenty of auto-parts stores and employees, and this was easily one of the most unpleasant and bizarre customer-service experiences I’ve had. Management above this store should review what happened that evening because this is not how customers should be treated. Don't waste your time going to this location trust me everyone here is an.

  Worst experience ever if there going to be closed every night at (10:30) for a (system Update) then they need to adjust there hours of operations you can not tell customer your open until 12 and every night you close at 10:30 DONT LIE to the people just change your hours and quit leading customers to believe that your open until 12am because it simply is not true. Every night for a week they are closed before midnight. I would Rather shop at store that actual is open when they say they are AutoZone is GARBAGE customer service operational decisions made by a 10 year old, Update your systems on your own time not during operational hours. Who Does That and still has customers.

  I’m over here buying my AC compressor and there’s a white lady who is telling other people that they need to speak English at 8 AM in the morning on the holy day meanwhile, she can’t even afford the car parts now. go to a different AutoZone. Organizations have the power to put out people who cause a disturbance and harassment to their stakeholders.

  Joey the manager was outstanding in taking care of our situation. The part we originally purchased had a major flaw (something that occurs occasionally on refurbished parts). Thank God Joey was able to source the right part and get us on the road again. He made the entire experience worth the drive to this location.
