  I had a battery replaced at this AutoZone in August 2025. Roughly 7 months later, while on a cross-country trip, my truck started having electrical issues. Given how recent the replacement was, I didn’t expect the battery to be the problem. I stopped at an O'Reilly Auto Parts in Arkansas to have the system tested, and the results showed the battery was failing. When I contacted this location, they denied responsibility and told me it was no longer under warranty. That response doesn’t align with the expected lifespan of a properly functioning battery, especially one installed less than a year ago. This situation had the potential to leave me stranded in the middle of a cross-country trip. I would strongly advise customers to verify warranty coverage, keep all documentation, and pay close attention to the quality of what’s being installed. Update: I’ve contacted the store via email with documentation and am currently working with them to resolve this.

  Just to follow up on the Response I got AFTER I posted the information below. They are so phony at this entire company. ….. I actually contacted the people below - The district manager and the regional manager left detailed messages, asking for a call back neither one cared enough to even follow up with me. Store Manager: Jesus Romero District Manager: Hermilio Hernandez Jr Regional Manager: Samuel Sandoval Now they say to call customer care - what a joke … Do better Autozone - what an embarrassment! 0 Stars!!! Stopped in for a simple battery check and the guy who helped me turned out to be the manager of the store Jesus Romero. He insisted he had to take the cover off of the engine air filter “to get the numbers underneath”. I told him in the last decade, not one person has ever checked for numbers underneath anything & he had a complete meltdown & refused to run the little, simple battery test. His machismo got the best of him as he did not like that I questioned why he was he was messing around with other parts of the car. Ended up going to the Autozone on East McDowell Road - totally different story and of course they did not say anything about “getting numbers” and they actually knew what they were doing, we’re efficient and pleasant to interact with. They got my battery tested in no time I will continue to go to that store. In the meantime, Jesus should acquire some Customer Service skills & learn how to use the simple machine so he can test the battery for other customers….. sorry, Jesus, there are no required numbers to get in order to perform the simple battery check……ugh!!!

  The employees are very helpful, they gave me a free engine light check and suggested something which took care of the problem. I appreciate their help very much!
