  Giving this location a one star, the customer service was very poor, they need to train people better or simply hire people with better customer service skills. Walking into the store I wasn’t greeted and generally just didn’t feel a welcoming vibe.

  had a great customer service experience was greeted and got helped out by gentleman named Ulises answered all of my questions and has alot of knowledge on the parts my car needed over 10/10 experience will be coming back to this location

  Bobby and Mike are some of the greatest guys I’ve met. Truly fantastic service and helped me throughout my entire experience there. 10/10 can’t say more than this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at auto-zone no Joke. Seriously recommend going here for any needs because they can be trusted.

  Had a really disappointing experience at this AutoZone last night. I’ve been to this location before and have had positive experiences, so I was especially surprised by how this situation was handled. I purchased a turn signal bulb for my car, but the light wasn’t coming on. I asked if someone could take a quick look at it. The manager, Ulisses, initially hesitated and said that due to liability he couldn’t help me, but he ultimately came outside to take a look. While doing so, he accidentally dropped the bulb inside my headlight. To his credit, he did try to get the bulb out, and I appreciate that effort. However, my wife and I then spent another 30–40 minutes trying to retrieve it. My wife was eventually able to get it out, but the bulb fell down into the bottom of the car, and we were unable to find it. At that point, I asked if I could get a refund for the bulb since I could no longer use it. Ulisses told me he couldn’t refund it because he needed both bulbs returned. I understand having a return policy, but this situation was different because the bulb was lost as a result of what happened while he was assisting me. The bulb was only about $15, so this really wasn’t about the money. It was about common courtesy and taking ownership of the situation. As the manager, I expected him to acknowledge what happened and make a reasonable exception, especially after my wife and I spent 30–40 minutes trying to help resolve an issue that resulted from his mistake. Unfortunately, I left feeling like there was no accountability or effort to make things right. I hope AutoZone reviews situations like this because customer service and taking ownership can make a huge difference. Very disappointing experience.
