  My car felt off, so I stopped in and asked for assistance. Dylan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Luckily, he was able to identify the issue and help me out. I’m very grateful for the time he took to make sure I got everything I needed. Great customer service!

  Had my neighbor help me get a battery from his commercial account and I didnt know that they weren't gonna swap the batteries for me while I was there (could I have done it? sure, but it was already hot out and i was having a pretty bad day because of it. Polite (sorry man I think I butchered your name lol.) Was more than accommodating to take care of me and switch out the batteries on his own time, even put the washers and grease on it too. Can't thank him enough for at least making my day a little more easier!

  A week ago I had driven across town from Mesa to Peoria and lo and behold a monsoon decided to show up! One of my wiper blades had partially come off and I was waiting for my online order of new blades fron Autozone to arrive still. I had heard not to use your wiper blades if they were in that condition because they could scratch your windshield. Around this time several of the Autozone stores I called were literally closing (9PM) except this one stayed open an hour later. I called, spoke to Tyrone and tried to get the same blades I had ordered, but they were not carried in that store. They called a sister store and told me they had them. Come to find out when I called they stated they no longer carried them in store and were going to close for an hour for inventory and then reopen til midnight. I would have to wait an hour in the rain. So I was stuck and debating to just sleep in my car for the night because it was raining way too intense to drive on the freeway or even side streets that far. Then, out of one last resort, I decided to go to this store because I had already managed to drive slowly their way. Tyrone and Polite were still there and ready to close in a few minutes. But they graciously helped me figure out a solution after I told them my dilemma and they remembered me calling them. When all was said and done they got me a new, temporary blade and Polite even helped me install it in the rain. Thankfully the monsoon took a slight break. Polite and Tyrone were kind and patient and extremely understanding and helpful. They could have just closed and gone home, but they didn't. They took care of me as if I were their sister or mother. I will remember them always and how two Autozone employees helped me get home safely in a monsoon.
