  I have commercial accounts at both your Central location and the 35th & Van Buren store. While I have had consistently excellent experiences at the Van Buren location particularly with customer service, product knowledge, and system navigation my recent visit to the Central store was very disappointing. I attempted to purchase two batteries and spent approximately 10 minutes with two employees who were unable to process the transaction correctly. They were unable to waive the core charge, resulting in an overcharge of $10. Additionally, the overall atmosphere at the store felt negative, with staff appearing disengaged and unhappy. As this location is the closest to my shop, I hope to see improvements in both service quality and staff attitude. The contrast with the Van Buren store is significant, and I believe new training or staffing adjustments would greatly benefit the Central location.

  My experience at your 24th St and Southern location started off rocky, feeling like nobody was interested in helping, but then a very kind young man stepped up and went over and beyond and even carried my radiator back to my truck. I think his name was Youri or Ouri? I asked for his name and looked at his name tag, but I lost it. I was sent to Central and Roeser. Before going the young man called Jeremy at that store to confirm my items were available a d Jeremy was so RUDE! He kept insisting the part number was for something else and finally when the young man asked to someone else he rudely said, "I'm all you got" Eventually after the young man's persistence, Jeremy realized he was typing the number wrong. When I arrived, I was helped by an older man with longer salt and pepper hair and no name tag and I assumed he must be Jeremy because he was short with me and rude. Our, if that's his name gets 10 stars, Jeremy gets 1

  I had a really disappointing experience at AutoZone due to poor customer service. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and acted like I was bothering them when I asked simple questions. Instead of trying to assist, they gave short answers and didn’t make any effort to actually solve my problem. I expected better service, especially from a place that’s supposed to help people with car issues. Definitely not coming back to this location. I would recommend staying away from this store

  If I could leave a no start review I would. Came in to the store to find the simplest thing, when I asked the person who "helped" me they were just rude and seemed bothered to even be there. He proceed to checking my item out and when I was counting my money he just stood there seemed bothered and gave an attitude. After I payed he literally tossed over my item and the receipt, basically threw it on the counter. I told him that was just rude of him and he just didn't care, continue by walking away. I ASKED if he was the manager and he said yeah, I am. So if this is who's in charge of these stores then I guess customer service isn't one of the qualifications to be hired on. His name was Jerry and I am definitely not ever coming back to this store. I also went back inside and return the item.
