Came in to test my battery as I had issues starting my car. Mario helped me out, tested the battery and caught that I still had 3 weeks left on my warranty and promptly swapped out the dead battery with a new one. Very fast and friendly service!

I came in with Battery troubles, Pablo (manager) was very helpful in finding the correct batter for my truck. Kevin (manager was very professional and installed the battery with professionalism and speed while doing good quality work and made sure I got home with no issues. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation was handled by this AutoZone location. The entire experience raises serious concerns regarding the store’s management of online orders, delivery procedures, and customer information.
My husband placed an order for an automotive part through AutoZone’s website and selected same-day delivery, which was clearly presented as an available option during the ordering process. Shortly after placing the order, he received a notification stating that the order had been picked up from a carrier called “Skipcart” and was on its way. We subsequently received another notification stating that the order had been delivered.
However, no package was ever received by us.
We immediately contacted the store to determine what had happened. We were then told that, according to the store, “we don’t deliver parts.” This is extremely concerning, considering same-day delivery was explicitly offered as an option through AutoZone’s website and we received multiple notifications indicating that the order had been picked up and delivered.
We were also told that AutoZone does not use third-party delivery services, despite the fact that this order was placed directly through AutoZone’s website and was represented to us as a delivery order. And we immediately got text messages from “Skipcart” letting us know they were handling our order. This leaves several serious questions regarding what happened to our order, who obtained it, how it was released, and why AutoZone is refusing to take responsibility for the situation.
We were then told that someone had come into the store and picked up the order using the confirmation information. Which I’m assuming was the “delivery driver” that clearly knew we placed an order and had the confirmation code. Because this company “skipcart” had all of our information, clearly! Because how else does a random person just “have the confirmation”. We immediately clarified that this person was not my husband or anyone authorized by us to pick up the order. At that point, we were simply told that there was nothing the store could do.
This is completely unacceptable.
If an order is placed for delivery, it should not be possible for an unauthorized individual to obtain that order under the customer’s name and confirmation information. If AutoZone does not actually provide delivery for parts, then the fact that the website allowed us to select delivery and subsequently sent notifications stating that the order had been picked up and delivered needs to be investigated immediately. Also, it seems like they possibly hired a scam company to authorize picking up parts and “delivering them”.
At this point, we paid for parts that we never received, and the store’s response was essentially that there was nothing they could do. We went in person to which the staff acted like they had absolutely NO IDEA what we were taking about. No replacement, no refund, no investigation, and no meaningful assistance was offered.
Whether this was the result of an internal procedural failure, an issue with AutoZone’s online ordering system, unauthorized access to customer orders, or some other problem, it is ultimately AutoZone’s responsibility to investigate what happened and provide a resolution.
I will be escalating this matter beyond the individual store because this is not simply a missing package. It is a serious failure in the handling and release of a customer’s paid order, followed by an unacceptable lack of accountability from the store.
I expect this matter to be investigated, including how the order was released to an unauthorized individual, why the order was marked as delivered when we never received it, and why the store initially claimed that parts are not delivered despite delivery being offered through AutoZone’s website.
I will be following up with corporate customer service and requesting that this matter be formally escalated.

EDIT *****
The owner is now spamming fake 5 star reviews just for save face how pathetic 😂
Highly disappointed with my visit here. Shoutout to Kevin (manager) for not wanting to help me check if I had a bad battery. I waited 10 min in line and Kevin told me he couldn’t help me until everyone else behind me was helped. I looked back and there were only 2 customers waiting in line. Absolutely ridiculous.
It seems like it’s a common issue at this store. Is it racism? Discrimination? Laziness? Only God knows. I went to a different location and they were more than happy to help me. I in fact did have a bad battery and bought a new one at the other location.
Avoid this location at all cost. To the owner reading this, don’t reply with your generic automated response. Do something about it because clearly it’s a common issue/ pattern that has not been addressed.

Last week I arrived about 10 minutes before closing. My battery was dying and I knew it was under warranty so when I went in and asked for a battery check, I was told to wait outside. As I was waiting outside, I saw the manager walk by and I had asked him if he’s the one to test my battery and he said maybe and proceeded to go inside. Then another gentleman came outside, tested my battery and told me it was no good so we went inside and my battery was still under warranty. The manager proceeded to scold me for coming in so close to closing. He proceeded to say that they had been open since 7 AM and didn’t understand why I didn’t come sooner. I came as soon as I could, and didn’t think what I do throughout the day was any of his business. The gentleman helping me, Mario Albe G. Was so patient and understanding for my situation. He told me not to worry that he was gonna take care of me. Not only did I get my battery replaced, but Mario hooked up the new battery for me made sure everything was OK and apologized to me for the experience I had with the manager. I thanked him generously and even tried to tip him. He told me it’s not a problem and he was happy to help me. AutoZone, you have a great employee there, and I hope you appreciate his customer service as much as I did. As for the manager, I think he needs a lesson in customer service.
