I had a car battery on Warranty with them. AAA told me my battery was fully dead and I needed it replaced. I took it into Autozone and they told me my battery was fine and charging well and that had to be my alternator (but couldn’t test it) and refused to replace it. Took it to Honda, paid $200 for a diagnostic test where they CONFIRMED it was just the battery and my alternator was fine. So I now have wasted $200 when I shouldn’t have paid anything for a battery under warranty.

Terrible service from start to finish. Came to replace an old battery previously purchased at this store. As it was out of warranty, I knew I had to buy a new one. The employee had an unhappy demeanor and when asked if they could replace out the battery, he seemed displeased to assist. While I understand it’s not easy and each vehicle is different, if you don’t feel confident you can do the replacement then it’s best that you be up front and suggest another employee do the work. The employee struggled throughout the process and was being lazy. They were going to leave a part under the battery used to secure it. Then he was going to leave the plastic covers off. Basically, we did the replacement ourselves aside from the employee attaching the connectors. Will not be returning to this location. Date: 6/2/26 Time: 9:10 AM CSR#: 30

If this is how Francisco is running one of your stores… then he deserves his own district or region. He greeted me immediately when I walked in despite having another customer in front of him and went above and beyond to look up a receipt by calling another store. This is my neighborhood AutoZone and I am so grateful he’s in charge of it!
