I had bought a battery in California less then a year ago and remember putting my info in but now that I need it replaced it's conveniently lost and the people here can't do nothing about it and weren't even trying to help worst autozone experience ever they also killed my battery trying to check it so now i gotta buy another last purchase i will ever do at any autozone

Yesterday late afternoon, the AutoZone on Lower Buckeye at 75th Ave was a great help. After my DIY project with changing my spark plugs, I got a dreaded CEL. I went back over my work and found the MAF plug not fully engaged. The CEL needed to be reset and the parts guy efficiently and effectively read the codes and reset the CEL. Thankyou AutoZone #3259 for providing such good service!

Nancy Burbon is an absolute joke for a store “manager” extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Don’t bother going here they’re extremely unhelpful. Nancy is on a power trip and needs to be let go immediately. i went in to get my battery replaced as i had a warranty for it to get it replaced as it was going bad, Nancy came out from her office and took one look at me and my receipt and took it and said “you can’t use this and i’ll actually be taking it it’s mine now.” She walked away without further explaining. i asked for it back multiple times and she told me no. I had to call my father to come and help me and even with my dad there she remained extremely disrespectful by not even acknowledging my father and immediately had a bitter attitude towards my father and told him she suggest we leave or we can call the cops. She then proceeded to tell us we were under investigation. in the end she was wrong and everything was handled but i will never return to this location and ill let everyone know to never come here. Nancy Bourbon needs to be held accountable for her lack of respect and professionalism.
