- ACAnna CortezJun 17, 20261.0Extremely upset! Came in for an oil change and they recommended a transmission flush . So I did both . I have a Toyota Tacoma and asked specifically if they could do it here . They said yes … I Left and headed up north . When I got home my truck was leaking fluid . I brought the truck back and the transmission fluid was leaking . They proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have THE RIGHT PLUG! I asked that before you started and you went ahead and did it anyway !!! So I had to call into work , wait while they ran to the dealership to get the correct part and then tired to say I had to wait For my 330.00 refund and do a claim! IM SORRY ! Did you wait for my payment ? Also I could Have blown my tranny and now you would have been responsible for thousands!! The office has no AC so I’m sitting in my truck ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR MORE THAN OIL SERVICE ! I hate leaving bad reviews but PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COMPETENT STAFF AND THAT IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AS A MANAGER DO THE RIGHT THING!

They scanned my car, said it would be $103, which seemed reasonable since it was $86 before. Only to find out after they changed the oil, it wasn't for my car which takes 9.5 quarts. They never told me the price only included 5 quarts of oil. They charged an additional $62.70. Very deceptive practices. I don't recommend. In addition, I wouldn't go back just for the up selling of other service, such as high prices for coolant flush and injector cleaning.

The service is fantastic the quality is great the kindness of the technicians is stellar even in AZ'S sweltering heat. Thank you Valvoline team at the corner of Cactus and 75th Ave!
