  I went through safelite for an insurance claim for a rock chip in my window. The tech did a no call no show causing me to look for a different company. This is very unprofessional for a new client. I called multiple times spoke with different reps that assured I will be taken care of they are now closed.

  This was the 2nd time I've used Safelite. I don't seemed to be having much luck lately with the road gravel & the sometimes extreme temperature changes here in AZ. Both times they've done a great job & the technicians have been friendly & professional. Hopefully I won't need these services again for a while but when I do I'll call Safelite.

  I dealt with the Safelite located on deer valley for many years and to be honest with you the last two times I have to use them service was not good and I was very satisfied but I was able to locate this particular location and I must say service was excellent desplain everything to me and I'm very satisfied. Hopefully I wouldn't have to use them again but if I had to I'll be right there

My appointment window was between 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and Jose arrived promptly at 12:48 p.m. He was friendly, professional, and very personable from the moment he arrived. Jose explained the repair process, worked efficiently, and completed the job much quicker than I expected without sacrificing quality. The repair was outstanding, there is absolutely no visible sign of the crack that was in my windshield. The finished result exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated the convenience of having the service completed at my home, which saved me time and hassle. Overall, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
