    The young lady who too care of us was fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will definitely go there for my oil changes in the future!

    The crew was great, they were very polite and kind even though it was the end of the day and I'm sure they were tired. The facility was also well kept. I would go again.

    I don’t appreciate your worker calling my car filthy. Keep your comments to yourself. I’ve seen cars built up with food, I did not. You’re paid to do a service not to make comments. Otherwise everything else was great (:

    I left Jiffy Lube today so pissed off and will never likely return. When I arrived and handed over my key fob the customer service/ tech said to me, “I really hate Priuses.” I told him that’s great but I didn’t ask for his opinion. He said, “I know, but I just don’t like the way they always shut off (hybrid).”I ignored him and waited for my car to be finished. I watched them begin working on my car, and knowing it would be a little bit, trying to relax somewhat. A short while later he came out with a serious look on his face, explaining to me that he had “Really, really, really, bad news and you’re probably not going to be happy but, I have some good news, too, but really, really, bad news, mostly- It may be the big battery (the largest of my two batteries)”. Naturally, my heart sunk, my heart pounded and I started to get dizzy with anxiety, because an expense (between $1500-$4k) of that nature is not something that I need right now. I then ask him exactly what the bad news is. He started laughing and said, “It’s just your filters. You need new ones.” I said Huh? Wait.. what? What’s the bad news? He says, “Hahaha nothing. I’m joking. Hahaha! We just wanted to get a rise out of ya!” Both he and a coworker laughed like crazy as the manager stood by, eyes wide open, but without saying a word. And that is when I yelled out 2 *very specific* words at him. He said, “What?! I thought it would just be a funny joke to play- I don’t see a problem with it.” I told him rather loudly (and animatedly) that I was going to school him on customer service in that moment, that he was going to stand there and listen to me~ and he did, just as if he was a child. And when I was done, I told him to just get over to my car and to finish it. His response was, “Well, I guess you won’t be coming back? Maybe?” I told him that his words made that decision clear for me. Once complete, the manager, James, who did not do anything in front of him other than to say, “You tell him… he needs to hear it because he does this with everybody, and they all get pissed off” came to me in the waiting room, profusely apologized and stated he’d had this problem with this employee for quite some time, and was glad that I said what I had. He gave me a $50 discount on services, of which I told him I was appreciative of, however, my intention was to still write a poor review and to speak with corporate about what had occurred. It was obvious that this technician had an unchecked history of poorly misguided customer service, and a leadership that refused to bring him under control. He said he understood, and did not blame me. I left there in a horrible mood. While I love to joke around as much as the next person, I don’t love joking around at the expense of others, especially in such horrible times of inflation when it causes somebody to experience stress and anxiety. I simply could not see the humor in this.

    Dylan and his team were phenomenal! They gave great advice on what the car needed aside from the oil change and did everything quickly. Ive been coming here for a few years now and recommend them to everyone I know. Another perk is being able to stay in your car (especially as a mom with young children) while they change the oil.
