I got it back for 24 hrs and had to drop it right back off. It took 4 days to get my vehicles interlock working. It was so stressful and disappointing. No one told me how to use it or what the dos and don'ts were. I don't even know how to really explain how bad this experience was. I'm terrified my interlock isn't going to work properly. Ive just received a phone call from Daniel the owner. And he REALLY cares about the service you are provided he talked me through everything made me feel comfortable. - JBJohn BeachJul 8, 20255.0I want to thank Isaias from customer service from Iowa who called me regarding the review that was left about the service I received from Arizona Tire and Automotive Center for my interlock install. Isaias reversed the additional fee of $50 to my account that the merchant charged to my account for not being there at 9 am after I was told that my appointment was 8 am which it states on their door but was advised when picked up that they don't open till 8:30. On top of it the service was lousy no bed side manner at all my first time using this system kept belittling me making me feel incompetent of getting it. I highly recommend not using this business for anything at all.
