I’ve been here 3 times and the recent time I noticed a difference in quality. My internal panels were not put together before the vehicle was handed off to me and my check engine light turned on after my oil change. This was problematic because I was due to drive to CA the next morning. I managed to make it to CA with the engine light on but my fuel usage was too rich. I had to make a stop at a gas station, which I normally don’t need to do. My cousins husband works for Penske and was able to take a look at my filter. The filter bracket where the sensor is plugged into was completely destroyed and the filter itself wasn’t place in correctly. My car wasn’t functioning properly because of this. After a new filter was properly placed in, my check engine light returned to normal and I was able to safely drive back to AZ without the stop go gas. The issue wasn’t the filter itself, but the damaged bracket in the filter and displacement of the filter. Needless to say, not the best experience and I will most likely go somewhere else next time.
