  I love coming to Grease Monkey, I come for all my oil changes and my brake needs. The guys are always so respectful and never try to sell me on things I don’t need. Plus when I pay they always give me a flower which makes my day. As a woman it’s hard to feel safe with any mechanic needs and these guys do a great job. The lobby is open, comfortable and kept nice and cool.

  The grease monkey staff are the only people I trust to work on my car. I’ve been going here for almost 10 years now, and I never plan on finding a new mechanic. Y'all are awesome!

  I used to take my Ford Focus to get oil changes there every time. They helped me with a few other issues on my Ford. Now I have a Lexus. They did the oil change for more than 1/2 the price than when I take it to the Lexus store. They check all the fluids and are very friendly.

  I stopped in for an oil change. Giving business another chance, last visit, they didn’t fill the tires or tip of any fluids in the car and I had to bring it back. This visit I reminded them of having to come back and to check these were done. Oil change complete, the above was completed. However, one day later was driving luckily in my neighborhood and heard a little noise, as if I went over something in the road. Stopped the car as nothing was in the road, except my Engine Oil Drain Plug Access Cover. Minus the 3 clips that hold it in. I doubt I lost all 3 clips in one day. More than likely it was not replaced correctly. I’ve decided to not go back. *** Update- Within an hour of this post the store manager Jake called and left me a voicemail. Apologizing for the service and that was unacceptable and offered to replace the part and refund my oil change service fee. I ordered the parts and went back in saw Jake, he reinstalled the part and refunded my cost. I appreciated their quick response to correct the problem. Thank you
