  “Jr did an excellent job with my oil change. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done correctly. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I appreciated how quick and smooth the whole process was. Highly recommend asking for Jr if you need service done!”

  I had my brakes changed here. Came within a span of 4months 4 times afterwards because they could not get rid of the squeaking. Claiming it's dust but never resolved the problem even after changing the brakes again. I came to the Peoria location said they'd take care of it, I would just need to come in the next day. Told them I'd be in at 8am, show up and I'm told parts won't be in till 9:30am. I said ok no problem. Come back at 10am waited till 11am to ask, and they said they just received the parts? Why no updates? A simple call? I would strongly advise against getting your brakes changed here. I feel like what I was charged for the service isnt it worth it. I'm here still at 12pm and no one has updated me. I worked with Hollis yesterday, unfortunately he's not here today. The mechanic was very demeaning maybe because I'm a female. When I asked for an update he told me to give them time because rear brakes take longer. At this point I already know this considering how many times I've had to come to try to get it fixed. Also they respond when you leave a bad review to go in their website, and it's a dead end. Oil changed here is about the best thing here, but change the heavy work for the experts. Spare yourself the waste of time. Update: the owner personally responded rather than a spam response like from the surprise owner. I appreciate for them responding and for some of the employees apologizing to me yesterday before I left. So far, I have not heard any squeaking or had any issues with the brakes, but I will update as needed. I would definitely recommend this express oil over the Surprise location.

  Had a great experience at Tire Engineers on Thunderbird in Peoria! Keesie was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The team worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road fast. It’s hard to find honest and helpful service these days, but they definitely delivered. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing an oil change or tire service. 5 stars all the way!

  My first experience at Express Oil will be my last. I stopped in on Tuesday 4/28 at 12pm for an oil change and was informed that I needed a new serpentine belt. Was given a price quote and was told it could take an hour to replace and gave them the okay. The oil change was complete and I was waiting in the lobby by 12:30pm for them to replace the belt. Around 1:45, an employee came to me with a quote for additional services which I declined at the time. The next time I was approached was at 2:30 by the gentlemen who initially helped with the oil change. He told me that the person in charge of getting the correct belt to the shop was in a car accident which is why there was a delay. By 3:30, my car was still not done and no one had updated me. I found a technician to get me an update and was told they were just starting on the belt. At 4pm, three and a half hours after my oil change was done, the belt was finally replaced. When getting checked out, I asked why on earth it took 3.5 hours to change a belt and was told that the technician forgot to the order the belt, and once it was ordered late, the wrong belt arrived and another belt had to be ordered. The car accident story I was told earlier was brand new information to this employee. Not sure which story was a lie, but either way it’s completely unacceptable. If zero stars was an option, I would give them zero.

  I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I came here for an oil change only. Josh was very nice and attentive. I normally find going to mechanic shops as a young woman VERY AVERSIVE. Yes, I go alone. However, Josh made sure I was comfortable and happy. He did not try to rip me off or talk to me like I was stupid. I am not a social person and do not enjoy talking to strangers, but I quite liked Josh. He is a mindful and respectful person, the type of person that will bridge the gap in an interaction! I used to do my own oil changes to save on costs, but when its THIS easy its lowkey worth it to just come here. You really just drive up, stay sitting in your car while they use a machine to suck out the oil, and then leave! This level of convenience + exemplary customer service has definitely made me a repeat customer. Thanks so much Josh!! :)
