⭐️ UPDATE: TAKING AWAY MY 5-STAR REVIEW — THIS EXPERIENCE DESERVES NEGATIVE STARS
I have been a loyal, paying member of this car wash since they first opened over 7 years ago, but after what happened to my vehicle—and how management handled it—I will NOT be returning.
On Sunday, August 9, 2026, around 3:30 PM, after church, I took my 2017 Toyota Sienna through the car wash. After exiting, I pulled over to dry the exterior and went to put my side mirror back into position. That is when I discovered that my side mirror had been broken.
I immediately called over the attendant on site and reported the damage. He took pictures and videos and completed a report. I also took my own pictures and videos documenting the damage.
Afterward, the attendant showed me a sign on the office door listing various things the company claims it is not responsible for.
Today, Thursday, August 13, I received a phone call from site manager Marcus, calling from a blocked number, informing me that my claim had been DENIED.
The reason I was given?
Because my vehicle is more than 5 years old.
My Toyota Sienna is a 2017, and prior to this incident, the mirror was intact and functioning. Simply saying a vehicle is over five years old does not address what actually happened during the wash.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the SECOND incident involving this same vehicle after using this car wash.
Previously, my windshield had a small rock chip that was barely noticeable. Immediately after taking the vehicle through the wash, that chip spread into a large crack across the windshield. I have glass coverage, but I chose not to file an insurance claim because claims can have insurance consequences and I did not want to involve my insurance company over damage associated with a car wash visit.
So now I am left with a windshield with a huge crack AND a broken side mirror.
After 7+ years of loyalty and paying for memberships, I expected much better customer service and accountability—especially when damage was reported immediately and documented by both me and their employee.
I will now be CANCELING BOTH OF MY MEMBERSHIPS FOR BOTH VEHICLES. I am also keeping all photographs, videos, reports, membership records, and communications regarding these incidents and will be exploring my legal options.
Businesses can have policies and disclaimers, but customers also have the right to question those policies when their property is damaged and to expect their concerns to be taken seriously.
I was a loyal customer for more than seven years.
Unfortunately, this is where that loyalty ends.
