He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done without making me feel pressured. Alex, the mechanic, did an excellent job as well. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly took pride in his work. I really appreciated the quality of service and attention to detail. Thank you to Paul and Alex for making the whole experience easy and stress-free! I highly recommend Brakes Plus, especially these two—they’re a great team!
- CCCustomer48Aug 9, 20263.0I have had good experiences here bringing 2 vehicles over a 3 year span of time, with 1 exception-- I was told by the MANAGER that I needed to replace something that I had already recently replaced... When I informed another employee of the shop that part was already recently replaced, they then checked and confirmed I was correct and that the part didnt need to be replaced. This is concerning and should not happen... Once is forgivable -- but do not let it happen again... I want to trust a shop, not question if I am being told the truth or not.
