Went in because our check engine light came on and had no idea what to expect. Hailey was extremely helpful, ran the diagnostic code for us and helped find the right part on the spot. Made a stressful situation quick and easy. Really appreciate the great service!
My parents car battery died and we got it started and took it to Auto Zone in Vistancia. The young man who helped select a replacement and installed it for us was a true blessing to our family. His name is Lucky - and it was lucky for us that he helped us out yesterday. Excellent service and in this heat too.

Juan was such a huge help today!!! He helped me figure out the size tubing I needed, had me wait in the AC while he confirmed the size on my truck. Not in a rush, helpful and friendly.
Outstanding service! I don’t know what else to say. I feel bad because the sales manager himself came out to replace both batteries, even though it was extremely hot and humid, with temperatures over 115°F and high humidity. He didn’t have to do it, but he took it upon himself to replace the batteries for us so that my hospice wife nurse, could see all her patients this weekend. She’s out there saving lives, and he’s facilitating that for us. We thank him. We asked God to shower him with wealth and blessings, and his family.
This was an exceptional job. I’ve never had service like this before. Thank you, Ron, and thank you, AutoZone. You didn’t miss by putting this man in charge. The service was phenomenal, and the staff was excellent. They didn’t make us wait even!
I took my Mercedes in for its 50,000 mile service, and the dealership told me it needed a new battery. They quoted $987 for the battery plus $300 in labor, which seemed pretty excessive, so I decided to get a second opinion at AutoZone on my way home last week.
Madison greeted me, tested my battery for free, and confirmed it needed to be replaced. Since my Mercedes is a custom build, she brought over Juan to make sure we found the correct battery. They both took the time to explain my options without any pressure and answered all of my questions.
As a woman in construction project management, I’m unfortunately pretty used to being talked down to whenever the topic falls into what’s traditionally considered a “guy thing.” That never happened here. Madison and Juan were knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. While I was there, I even witnessed a customer come in and talk down to Madison about a few parts he wanted, but was incredibly vague about.
The part that really impressed me was that it was 4pm and almost 120° out, and Juan still spent about 30 to 45 minutes replacing my battery for free. Anyone who has worked on a Mercedes knows that things aren’t always straightforward and can be very frustrating, yet he never complained or seemed irritated and did an outstanding job.
Not only did they save me almost $900 compared to the dealership’s battery price, they completely changed my perception of what an auto parts store experience can be.
