  Haley is lazy. I went there to do a return ans she said I needed to go to the store that I bought the part at. When I got to the other store they informed me that she could have processed the return and apologized. Went in 2 days later to get oil and filter, instead of going and grabbing the proper filter like all other employees do she told me the part number and pointed towards the aisle. Not impressed.

  Had outstanding service this past week with Nicholas!!! What we thought would be a simple battery replacement turned into a grueling hours long procedure because it was a 2022 Volvo (if you know, you know). Nicholas quickly learned exactly how to fix the battery and did so with expertise, maintaining professional composure and an amazing attitude…something most people wouldn’t be able to do. My car is up and running and it’s all thanks to him!!! Thanks Nicholas ☺️

  This one in particular sucks, closest to me and it’s atrocious. Pretty much any other location is alright but gosh darn are they incompetent in every way possible.
