    Terrible customer service. Young female on the phone looking at me while I was trying to pay for an item. After waiting a few minutes, I ended up leaving the item and walking out. A simple, acknowledgment could go along way

    Go anywhere BUT this location to buy parts!!! I spoke to the night employee and told him my friend was on his way to pick up a part that we needed. We were stranded way out on 91st Ave and live in the east valley and nothing else was open still. My friend got to the location on 91st Ave and northern at 9:56pm and the doors were already locked!!! Even though I had just talked to the employee at 9:54 and told him he was on his way. Yes it was almost 10pm, but it WASN'T 10pm yet!!! My friend called me at 9:56 pm and said he was standing at the front door of the store and was knocking and the employee looked up at him then turned away and simply ignored him... what a jerk!!!

    I ordered a brake line for my Honda Pilot 2011, which was supposed to be part #777162. I had to have it delivered because my brake are not working. The delivered it, but it wad the wrong part. The receipt the glued to the bag says 777162, but the part number on the bag says 777485 which is not compatible with my vehicle. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he said I was going to have tp take the part to the store to have it exchaned. I told him I didn't have a way up to the store because of my brakes and he said he couldn't do anything and it was not his fault. He said the delivery was a different company. I told him I ordered it through the Autozone website were it says delivery. He still did not want to do anything to help. I don't trust mechanics and I trust Autozone even less. Especially this one in Peoria on 91st Ave.
