  Battery decided to call it quits after 2 years. Got my free replacement here today. Staff was all very helpful. The had a cart with tools to get be to work and even gave me a hand cleaner on my way out. Great service and great people here today.

  Called in to check for parts and got the absolute rudest person I have ever spoken to in my entire life. She was absolutely appallingly difficult to deal with and immediately argumentative from the very second she answered the phone. I have been in customer service my entire life and I implore you to check your phone calls from 11:20 to 11:28 a.m. on August 29th 2026 I understand that she's having a bad day but she does not need to take it out on me. All I was asking for was brake pads and rotors for my car. It's very simple. I gave her all the information laid out. She asked a question. I told her the answer. She didn't like the answer. It's not my fault that my car is the way that it is. They don't make changes on my car based on her frustrations and impatience. If she doesn't believe me that my car is a 2.4 cylinder then maybe she shouldn't work at AutoZone. Absolutely unfathomably difficult to deal with and I will never ever ever go to this location. I will now go to O'Reilly's just down the road which is farther and much more inconvenient to park and get out of due to their horrible artillery location. But I will absolutely never step foot in this AutoZone no matter how cheap or how convenient they make it due to this young lady. Ridiculous absolutely appalling may I add that I spend thousands of dollars at AutoZone a year. I have 4 cars and do all of my own matinence usually. Not that my dollar is going to effect them but the fact you e lost a loyal customer whom has been shopping and spending for more then a decade at LEAST a thousand dollars a year. Orileys and napa are looking to be the way to go from now on. Thank you ma'am for your lack of respect.

  Hello, to who it may concern, my name is Cornel Oiegar, my folks to buy and replace the trailer lights on our boat trailer. Smokey N. Was very helpful and polite, my first pulling in, we was in it that we don’t have to quickly replaced the lights, and be on our way. Upon replaceing the lights we discovered A bit of a worrying issue, which quickly turned into quite a bit longer of a procedure then what we had anticipated. distracted by trouble shooting the repair, quickly lost track of time, Not paying attention to the fact that we had actually pulled the Of the store blocking the front entrance unintentionally. At which point Smokey N. Came out and very kindly and politely for and respectfully asked us not to block the front store intelarance. An offer plaster for the site me and my folks were very impressed with the level and manner, professionalism, kindness, and respect and shoulders, and quickly realize that we were doing something blocking your story and attention and offered our apologies at which point you continue to maintain a high standard of professionalism And I want you guys to know that I really appreciate dealing with your professional and a high professional manner and respectful man thank you.
