  This is an excellent Enterprise location! I want to shout out the employee who checked us in today when we dropped off our rental car around 3 pm on 4/9/2026. I regret that I did not look at his name tag. He was the only employee working at the counter; the lobby was very busy with at least 6-7 groups who had all shown up around the same time waiting to check-in/out. He worked super hard to attend quickly to every customer, while maintaining the utmost professionalism and poise with a smile on his face, during what had to be a fairly stressful situation for him due to the number of customers in the lobby. He exhibited top-tier customer service; we were very impressed and will be renting from this location again!

  Showed up at our scheduled time and they had NO CARS TO RENT. We pre booked online. They had to wait to get a car in so that they can take me to another location that does. Terrible experience
