  Aldo at Enterprise was absolutely amazing!! He had me in and out of the rental office in less then 15 minutes and gave me the exact car I wanted! Wonderful service for sure! I will definitely use their excellent services again!

  Had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! Aldo was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. The vehicle was spotless, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Customer service went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciate the smooth experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

  After our vehicle broke down on our way to Nogales, Mexico, we rented a car from the South Phoenix, AZ Enterprise location so we could continue our trip to Nogales, AZ. I had my iPad placed between the middle console and the passenger seat. Unfortunately, I accidentally left it in the rental car. When I realized it hours later, the location had already closed. The next morning, I called to report the lost item. Aldo informed me that the vehicle had already been rented out again and that nothing had been turned in, but he would contact the new renter to ask if she had seen it and would call me back. This was on a Friday. I never received a call back. What Aldo didn’t know is that we had booked another rental the following Monday to return to Phoenix. When we arrived, I reminded him about the iPad. He said he remembered and that the renter never returned his call, and he would try again. We left with yet another promise of follow‑up. It has now been a month with no update. It is also very hard to believe that the technician who inspected and cleaned the vehicle did not notice an item as large as an iPad. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing.
