It’s always when you don’t read reviews first ya get “that place” if I can share screen shots I will. I bought an RV traded my older one in that was valued around $19-21k bought a $10k rv with trade in and only got $6500 so in total I was given $16,600 as they say they are losing $ on this deal . RIGHT!!! Was told I’d have my check for the remaining balance in a week , week goes by NOTHING I ask don’t hear anything back. 2 weeks go by I call again then get a little communication but not much 3 weeks have now passed and I’m told they sent it to the address that I pacifically said not to while sitting in the office and as I said, this, watched them write a sticky tab note and put it in my paperwork and then blame the computer for not picking it up, And now I cannot get a response via text, even though I said great way to get good reviews with this crappy communication

A completely different experience than the one we had in Avondale; they were warm, welcoming, brought us water, asked us questions, were knowledgeable, and then showed us the difference between what we thought we wanted versus what we really needed—a great experience.

My Camping World experience was so seamless and I'm really impressed with level of service I received from everyone on the team. I started out looking at campers in San Diego, but someone beat me to the one I wanted. When it was also available in New River, the San Diego team called them personally, connected me with their team and even followed up later to make sure I had talked with someone. I was excited to tell them that I sure did and had picked up my camper that very weekend. The New River team was fantastic. I was coming in from out of town for my purchase and they worked with me all week to make sure I could get financing, was going to be happy with my purchase and had all my questions answered. When I arrived at the dealership, I got an extremely thorough walk through of the camper where they helped me setup and tear down the entire thing and walked me through everything I needed to know. Tammer was amazing and thoughtful and really held my hand through the whole process - even helped me get hooked up, made sure I could get home safe and then followed up to make sure I made it ok! Even the paperwork felt like a breeze with thorough explanations, fun side conversations, and just a really smooth process. Thanks to the whole New River team! I've got my new pop-up ready for our first adventure and am so excited that she's mine!

LOVE the new camper! Thank you to Tammer! He was so much more then a salesman. Really took the time to help us decide, down to earth, honest, even gave me the encouragement I needed when we were finally hooking up and I was super nervous towing something this large. He was correct - it WAS a piece of cake! Financial guys were great too. I cant recommend Camping World New River enough. Happy Trails!
