  We had a great visit and received a lot of helpful information from our salesman De Wayne. He was very knowledgeable with all the RVs he showed us. We took a test drive in the Dynamax Europa and we were very impressed. De Wayne was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Camping World.

  Keystone / Coleman 13R & Camping World Experience We purchased a brand new Coleman 13R travel trailer from Keystone RV Company on March 14th, paying cash, expecting quality and reliability. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing. On our very first camping trip, multiple issues surfaced immediately: * None of the electrical outlets worked * The refrigerator did not get cold * The entrance door had problems opening and closing properly In addition to these issues, we experienced a serious safety concern—the brake magnet and breakaway switch malfunctioned and melted. This required immediate repair, and we had to pay nearly $700 out of pocket. For a brand-new unit, this reflects very poor quality control. What made matters worse was the warranty and service experience. Our claim was denied, despite these being clear manufacturer-related issues discovered right away—including a safety-related defect. A company should stand behind its product, especially under these circumstances. Our experience with Camping World was equally frustrating. Once the sale was completed, the level of care and urgency disappeared. We felt dismissed rather than supported, which only added to the disappointment. Buying a new RV is a major investment, and we expected both Keystone and Camping World to stand behind their product and service. That did not happen. I would strongly encourage others to thoroughly inspect and reconsider before purchasing, as our experience has been far from what was promised.

  In order to save a lot of money, even though we live in Oregon, we bought our trailer at this location. Thankfully, my in-laws live nearby and so picked it up for us until we were ready to drive out and go on our first road trip. Salesperson DeWayne Black is an excellent communicator, straight shooter, and facilitated a very fair price. He made the process go very smoothly. He responded quickly to all my messages whenever he wasn’t able to pick up the phone immediately when I called. We picked up the trailer today and brought it in to get a scratched door replaced. Brandon took care of the minor door defect and made sure all of our questions were addressed and that we were completely satisfied. Jerry also patiently showed us how to do things with the trailer that had confused us. We are very grateful for their service, expertise, kindness, and attention to details. To everyone we encountered at this Camper World we want you to know how much we appreciate your Great customer service!
