  Everything negative after we signed papers. Great experience looking at campers. There was no pressure in purchasing. They helped with what we’re looking for. Once we signed the papers, everything went downhill. We had a date set to pick up our new to us camper. They kept pushing it back. We found out that they kept pushing it back because they hadn’t ordered parts that should have been ordered the day we signed the papers. We picked up our camper and did a walk through. A couple things weren’t done so they needed to be fixed. We made a deal that we would take the camper and bring it back when they got the parts. It took over 2 hours to hook up the camper in the 100+ degree weather. They parked it where we couldn’t get the truck under the hitch without the camper being on blocks. They wouldn’t help us. Whatever.. we finally got it together and left. We brought back the camper 1 week later to finish with the parts they hadn’t fixed. Plus we noticed the water was leaking so I brought that up. 2 months later the camper is finally ready. We go to pick it up, the battery is dead. And the water leak NEVER got looked at. They just kind of nudged it off, raised shoulders and said watch it and call us back and we will fix it and then immediately walked away for us to hook up and leave. Just overall a not great experience. And don’t recommend purchasing from here.

  Great experience, up front pricing no haggling and very helpful maintenance department that walked me through the process of how a what vehicles are consistent with flat/4 wheel towing.

  Tammer provided a number of different travel trailers models that all were in line with what we were looking for. With his help we were able to find the perfect travel trailer. We never felt pressured to purchase and were given time to decide what worked best for us. Thank you Tammer for your help.

  We are not Rv'ers...yet. Just starting to look around. Pretty sure we know what we would want when the time comes. With that said, we called Camping World - New River and told them we were just starting to look around and would it be possible to come in and see a couple of Class A Rv's. Tammer setup an appointment. When we got there (it was 113 degrees) he had one up front with ac's on, but also took us around to a few more. Tammer was very knowledgeable, answered every question we could think of, but also offered information on things we didn't know enough to ask about. We are grateful for the time he gave us. We will be back....

  I am at 85-year-old woman, and I was looking for an RV for someone in my family. We went to Camping World, and we did find one that we were interested in Tammy was our salesperson. He was very good, very helpful, went over everything with us, and we decided to take it. In the meantime they had got financing for us. And we went into sign papers, and we showed the camper to the family member and the family member decided it was a no go, they were Very helpful They didn't get upset and get angry. They understood, and they took care of everything, as we were telling them we couldn't take it. The travel trailer was being detailed. I'm very pleased with Brian Peters is the manager? He was very helpful and very understanding and I appreciate what he has done for us and said he would be glad to help us if we ever needed another one. Thank you.\n Camping World.
